Frequently Asked
Questions

How do I ship my flowers?
Once your order is placed, I’ll send you detailed, step-by-step instructions to safely package and ship your flowers to my shop. The process is simple, and most customers have great success mailing their bouquets.
What if my flowers are already dried?
That’s perfectly fine! I dry all flowers as part of my process, so you can send them as they are. Just be sure they’re packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
Can you use artificial or wooden flowers?
Yes—absolutely. Wood and silk flowers are great options, as they tend to hold their color and shape very well throughout the preservation process.
Is the epoxy food safe?
The epoxy I use is certified as food contact safe, meaning it’s suitable for surfaces that may come into contact with food. However, it is not designed for cutting—knives can damage the surface. These pieces are best used for serving and display.
How do I care for my preservation piece?
Each piece is sealed with a durable epoxy finish for long-lasting protection. To clean, simply use warm water and mild dish soap.

If the surface ever becomes dull over time, it can be polished to restore its clarity and shine.
